Youths wreak havoc and throw rocks at police at Tarneit McDonalds

A large group of youths have wreaked havoc at a fast food outlet in Melbourne’s west.

Lisa tells 3AW Mornings a large group of around 100 youths gathered at the venue.

She says, ‘How long before it goes all badly wrong?’

Police responded to reports of large groups of youths congregating in and around Sundial Boulevard, Tarneit, around 12.50am on Wednesday.

On police arrival, the crowds quickly dispersed.

Rocks were thrown at police who attended the scene, there were no injures.

Additional patrols of the area were conducted throughout the morning.
