All-Australian selector Gerard Healy says James Sicily was “very stiff” to miss this year’s side.

While there is debate every season about who did and didn’t make the cut, the Hawthorn star’s omission from the backline raised several eyebrows.

“If you were picking it off Champion Data, he’d be in, and that point has been made well and truly,” Healy said on 3AW.

“There were plenty of supporters for James Sicily.”
