Sam Docherty has ruptured his ACL. The Blues rebounder injured his knee at a pre-season training session on Wednesday. Docherty, 24, will undergo traditional surgery shortly. Docherty has played 79 games for Carlton since moving from Brisbane in 2014. He was Carlton’s best and fairest in 2016, and was named in the 2017 All-Australian team.
