Geelong captain Joel Selwood says the Cats are embracing the pressure of grand final week, confident his team can get the job done when it matters most.

“We’ve shown all year that we can put a brand out there that’s really exciting, but also stands up in big games,” Selwood told 3AW on Monday.

He also addressed the possible hard-luck story in the team, with Max Holmes injuring himself during Friday night’s win.
