Caroline Wilson says the AFL has “lost control of the process” surrounding the Hawthorn racism investigation, which is causing “a lot of angst” within the league.

She told 3AW a lot of it related to the alleged victims being unwilling to co-operate with the investigation, because they don’t “trust” it.

“That’s why it’s such a mess,” Caro told 3AW on Wednesday night.
