Matthew Lloyd has lauded Essendon head coach Brad Scott’s comments during the week where he said he was wanting the “Essendon edge” back.

Lloyd loved hearing the “forthright nature” coming out of the Bombers camp.

The Bombers legend said it’s the “first time in a while” he’s gone “isn’t that good to hear”.
