Melbourne has been criticised for playing Clayton Oliver in their loss to Brisbane on Thursday night.

Oliver was far from his best during the clash and looked visibly hampered by a finger injury, which he took into the match.

“He shouldn’t have been playing,” 3AW sports reporter Jon Anderson told Mark Allen and Jimmy Bartel.
