3AW sports reporter Jon “Ando” Anderson has labelled North Melbourne’s win against Gold Coast in round 24 last year as the “worst win in the history of football”.

The win meant the Kangaroos missed out on the number one draft pick, and denied themselves the chance of drafting Harley Reid, who is having an impressive first season so far with the West Coast Eagles.

“The AFL can help you as much as you like, but if you don’t get your drafting right, you’re not helping yourself too much,” Anderson said.
