The AFL is investigating a claim that North Melbourne coach, Alastair Clarkson, has allegedly verbally abused officials during last Saturday’s match against Port Adelaide.

Nine News chief football reporter, Tom Morris, says the alleged incident occurred during the second half of the match.

“If he’s found guilty, this is significant for the career of Alastair Clarkson,” he told Sam McClure and Matthew Richardson.
