Caroline Wilson is expecting Geelong to be fined for reporting irregularities with third-party payments at the club.

The AFL has recently been conducting an audit into the club’s payments, with several fines set to be handed down in the coming weeks.

“The AFL was prompted by … Chris Scott’s relationship with Morris Finance,” she said on 3AW Football.

“The audit has found some discrepancies … there won’t be massive fines, but they will be fined.

“There’s a lot of interest in this story because other clubs have questioned Geelong’s third-party payments for a long time.”
