Adelaide Crows midfielder James Peatling was reported early in the first quarter for a dangerous tackle on Lachie Neale, and was asked about it post-match on 3AW.

Peatling was suspended for one game earlier in the year for a similar tackle on Geelong’s Oisin Mullin, and is set to come under MRO scrutiny for the Neale tackle as well.

“To me, he felt like, I don’t want to put words in his mouth, that Neale made more of it,” Matthew Lloyd said after the interview.
