After all the injuries suffered by Essendon this year and following 11 straight losses, Matthew Richardson and Shane McInnes review whether the Bombers have become irrelevant.

Whilst McInnes sees the lack of success as a reason for such a fall in status, Richardson remains optimistic that there are positive signs coming out of the club, but they’re arriving at a crossroads.

“They have to get their fitness right and bounce back next year with all their players,” Richardson said on 3AW Football.
