Bradyen Fiorini has backed his veteran teammate David Swallow, as the former Suns captain scored the critical point to send the Suns through in an elimination final for the ages.

Fiorini said the Suns substitute had the fresh legs and was the perfect person to step up and seize the moment for Gold Coast.

“I backed him in, I thought it might have been on his range,” Fiorini said on 3AW Football.
