Christian Petracca wants to leave Melbourne, setting up a potential blockbuster move to an interstate club.

The gun Dees midfielder is widely reported to be interested in a move to Gold Coast or Adelaide, with the club confirming he’s recently informed them of his desire for a fresh start next year.

Petracca remains contracted to Melbourne for another four years.
