Matthew Lloyd says Sydney now appears to be the only option for Charlie Curnow as he continues to push for a move away from Carlton.

Curnow toured the Swans’ facilities on Monday ahead of Wednesday night’s trade deadline.

And Lloyd told 3AW Afternoons that after Geelong’s offer of three first-round picks was rejected by Carlton, Sydney loomed large as Curnow’s last remaining option.

“(The Geelong move) seems to have fallen through once Carlton’s knocked back the offer of three first-round picks,” he told Tony Moclair.

“I think he’d prefer to stay in (Victoria), but Sydney seems his last option.”
