With only hours left in the trade period, Jon Anderson has weighed in on the situation surrounding Melbourne midfielder Clayton Oliver.

Oliver has expressed his desire to move to the GWS Giants, with the Giants reportedly offering up a 2026 third round pick, with the Demons to pay a large portion of his salary.

But an aspect of the situation has “absolutely stunned” the 3AW Breakfast sports reporter.
