Hawthorn president Andy Gowers sees the Dylan Moore and Connor Macdonald incident as resolved.

The arrests in America, which took place over the summer, has been closed by Gowers ahead of their round one clash against Essendon.

“We’ve all made mistakes, haven’t we?” Gowers said on Wide World of Sports.

“The important thing is that Dylan was immediately remorseful and on the front foot.

“We’ve dealt with it; there is the legal side of it which is still not finished, but it’s pretty close, and we move on.”
