Both the Blues and Bombers have begun their search for their next coach, and the questions have been raised around whether they should opt for a first-time or experience senior coach.

On 3AW Football, Matthew Richardson says both Essendon and Carlton should look to bring in a first-time coach.

“I’m looking for someone new, I’m looking for the next Craig McRae,” Richardson said on 3AW Football.
