Friday night’s match between Gold Coast and Hawthorn was high on emotion, with many players likely to be suspended or fined for certain incidents.

On 3AW Football, Leigh Matthews has called for a one-week suspension for Jack Ginnivan over multiple jumper punches on Gold Coast’s Zeke Uwland.

“A fine won’t send the message,” Matthews said on 3AW Football.
