An e-commerce company is one of a number of businesses turning its back on Victoria over the proposed work-from-home legislation.

Cubic Promote founder Charles Liu told 3AW Mornings host Tom Elliott this potential legislation had caused him to look to other states for new hires.

“Having the flexibility to talk to our customers or even fly to customers at the click of a finger, it really puts pressure on me to look to other states to fill in those gaps in our business,” he said.
