George Hewett has revealed how he approached being left out of Carlton’s side in the midst of their early-season slump.

The Blues’ reigning best and fairest winner stated he was determined as ever to regain his place and help the Blues lift to a current top 10 standing.

“You have to take the emotion out of it and see the logical side of it,” Hewett said on 3AW Football.
