Victoria’s Deputy Premier Ben Carroll is reportedly reconsidering his position as the potential next Premier with calls from factional leaders for Jacinta Allan to step aside.

3AW Mornings host Tom Elliott said he hopes Allan remains in her position as the Victorian Premier going into the upcoming state election in November.

“We deserve to have our say in November, our say on Jacinta Allan as leader and also the administration that she has been in charge of,” he said.
