The AFLW aspires to be one of the top five sports in Australia, female or male.

AFLW executive general manager Laura Kane told 3AW Mornings host Tom Elliott they are focusing strongly on double-headers to help grow the game.

“We feel now there is an appetite for fans to watch more than one game of footy and they can sort of choose their own adventure,” she said.
