Geelong have come under scrutiny after it was revealed the club reached an agreement with a current player who has a history of concussions to accept legal responsibility for any future head injuries sustained on the field.

Caroline Wilson joined 3AW Drive and had her say on the entire situation, revealing the AFL has sent Geelong a “please explain”.

“The stench of cover-up that has accompanied this story … I just think it’s fascinating to watch,” Wilson told Jacqui Felgate.

“The AFL has now sent Geelong a please explain and is not ruling out a financial or other sanction.”
