Geelong have been issued a “please explain” from the AFL over their secret concussion contract agreement with veteran defender Jake Kolodjashnij.

AFL CEO Andrew Dillon joined 3AW Football and was asked about Geelong’s potential sanction and whether the AFL admit fault for being unaware of the concussion clause.
