It was revealed on Saturday morning that Collingwood veteran Scott Pendlebury will join the Gold Coast Suns as a player in 2027.

On 3AW Football, Leigh Matthews and Caroline Wilson had their say on the Magpie great’s move to the Gold Coast.

“It was an extraordinarily emotional night,” Wilson said on 3AW Football.

Scott Pendlebury’s manager Anthony Panozzo joined 3AW Football and opened up about the 38-year-old’s shock move to the Gold Coast.

“He still has a lot of footy to play, and his body is telling him that,” Panozzo said on 3AW Football.
