Sam Walsh says the Blues have the belief to take season 2026 further after a massive victory over Melbourne in the wildcard final.

The Blues defeated the Dees by 19-points and now have booked a blockbuster clash with Geelong next week.

“It’s the story of the back half of the year,” Walsh said on 3AW Football.

“I think there’s a real sense of appreciation of where we’re at.

“We’re ready to put our foot down at this time of year.”
