Matthew Lloyd has spoken on Essendon defender Ben McKay’s future at the club.

Cal Twomey has reported today that McKay’s future at the Bombers is up in the air, despite having three years left on his contract.

“It just hasn’t worked out,” Lloyd told Jacqui Felgate on 3AW Drive.

“It’s a sad situation to see how he’s fallen.”
