Sam Docherty believes the Western Bulldogs may need to give up some of their talent in order to secure Zak Butters.

Docherty also believes the Dogs have too many mids and the deficiencies down back could hurt their chances of fighting for the flag in 2027.

“It’s a huge moment for the Dogs, but it throws up some questions for me,” Docherty said on 3AW Football.
