Nick Daicos was awarded the 2026 Brownlow Medal on Monday night, receiving the most votes ever.

Despite the historic achievement, he told 3AW Breakfast hosts Ross Stevenson and Russel Howcroft that he has plenty of work to do this off-season.

“Once again I feel like I need to get fitter again this off-season, and that’s something I’ll focus on,” he said.
