AFL confirms start time for 2020 grand final

This year’s AFL grand final will start at 7.30pm Melbourne time.

It comes after the league recently confirmed the decider would be played at The Gabba on Saturday, October 24.

The first bounce will be at 6.30pm local time, but with daylight saving it will see the biggest match of the season start at 7.30pm in Victoria.

It’s the first night grand final in league history.
