AFL’s MAJOR rule changes unpacked

The AFL have made seven rule changes ahead of the 2026 season, which includes the last disposal rule, centre ball-up contests and the stand rule.

3AW Sports Reporter Jordan Tunbridge unpacked the major rule changes made at AFL House.

“He certainly hasn’t wasted any time making his mark on the AFL game,” Tunbridge said on 3AW Afternoons.
