AFL’s proposed last touch rule isn’t ‘necessary’ according to Tony Shaw

The AFL are looking to introduce a “last touch” rule for next season, with the rule having a lot of success in the AFLW and SANFL.

On 3AW Football, Tony Shaw spoke about the proposed rule change and doesn’t think it needs to be implemented.

“I don’t think it’s necessary,” Shaw said on 3AW Football.
