Ambulance called to tarmac at Melbourne Airport

A baggage handler has required medical attention at Melbourne Airport.

The incident happened at Terminal 3 on Thursday morning.

It was initially feared the worker had been struck by a vehicle.

Melbourne Airport officials said the worker suffered a knee injury.

An ambulance was called to the scene.
