Ben McKay ‘very proud’ of brother Harry for speaking up about his mental health challenges

Mental health is a massive talking point in the AFL community.

Essendon key defender Ben McKay joined 3AW Football on Sunday and was asked about the mental challenges his brother Harry had to overcome earlier in the season.

“It’s been a bit of an up and down phase for Harry, I’m really proud that he has spoken up about it,” McKay said.
