‘Best game I’ve seen them play’: Lloyd applauds brave Bombers after loss

Despite Essendon losing their 11th game in a row on Friday night, there were plenty of good signs from the undermanned lineup.

Bombers great Matthew Lloyd was pleased with the performance, saying it’s the “best” he’s seen them play this season.

“Best game I’ve seen them play across four quarters,” Lloyd said on 3AW Football.
