Blues coach admits he may have gone too far in approaching opposition player

Brendon Bolton admits he may have gone over the top during Carlton’s breakthrough win on Saturday.

The Blues coach was caught on the TV broadcast sharing some heated words with Mark Baguley at three-quarter time.

Bolton told Sunday Sport he saw the Bomber getting a bit too close to the Blues players.

“I was just saying politely to go back to your huddle,” Bolton said.

“The passion for our playing group got the better of me.

“I’ll learn pretty quickly from that.”
