Bomber livewire explains amusing B&F blunder!

Essendon speedster Anthony McDonald-Tipungwuti says he’s excited by the prospect of playing alongside Jake Stringer, Devon Smith and Adam Saad next season.

The trio have all nominated the Bombers as their preferred club for next season.

“It’s really exciting having those players nominate Essendon,” McDonald-Tipungwuti told Sportsday

“I’m looking forward to seeing who comes over to the Bombers. They’re fantastic players.”

He also revealed why he was the only Essendon player to not wear their club suit at Thursday night’s best and fairest.

He was wearing a shiny blue one!

“It was a bit of a mistake, but hopefully the last one!” he said with a laugh.
