Brad Hardie reveals new details in Michael Voss message saga

Brad Hardie believes the man at the centre of the Michael Voss text message saga is a well-known Melbourne identity.

It was revealed on Thursday that the fan who sent the threatening message through the MCG’s anti-social hotline on Friday night is a Collingwood member, who has since been banned from attending matches for five years.

“My understanding is he’s a relatively well-known businessman in Melbourne,” he said on Wide World of Sports.

“This is going to hurt him personally.”
