Brendon Bolton says pressure on him and his club is ‘obvious’

Carlton coach Brendon Bolton says he’s fully aware of the pressure surrounding him and his club.

Bolton was asked on 3AW Football whether this was his most difficult time in football.

“I think the answer to that is obvious – we’re at one win,” he said.

“I don’t want to be rude, or dismissive of your question, but we haven’t got the wins on the board we’d like.

“There’s been various circumstances, people understand that internally and we’re not going to deviate.

“Is it difficult? Yes. Of course it is. We want to win more and there’s a lot of emotion around doing that.

“But our players understand the plan we’ve put in place.

“We know internally what’s happening.”
