Brendon Gale’s assurance for Richmond fans after Damien Hardwick’s shock departure

Richmond chief Brendon Gale has assured Tiger fans the club hasn’t given up on the season after Damien Hardwick suddenly quit as coach.

He told 3AW’s Wide World Of Sports playing finals was still the aim, with half a season still to play.

Gale also cleared up a point he admits he “probably didn’t explain well” when commenting about what they’d be after in Hardwick’s successor.
