Bulldogs’ new CEO can’t explain free agency compensation

The Bulldogs new CEO Ameet Bains has called for transparency with regard to free agency compensation.

Bains, appointed on Monday, said he can’t explain the formula by which the AFL allocated compensation picks.

“It is a bit of a mystery,” Bains told Sportsday.

Bains said trade period could stand to be shortened.
