It didn’t take long for irate Carlton fans to fill the 3AW Football talkback line as their club’s season sank to a new low on Thursday night.
The Blues kicked just one goal in the first half against Port Adelaide, eventually losing by 50 points on another dirty evening for the club.

“That felt worse than a 50-point loss,” Jimmy Bartel said after the match.
“That first half, that’s as bad as you’ll see effort-wise,” Tony Shaw also said.
