Caroline Wilson responds to ‘horrible’ Jake Stringer story and what it means

Caroline Wilson has weighed in on the “horrible” situation surrounding Jake Stringer, his former partner and the Western Bulldogs.

Abby Gilmore accused the premiership player of lying, gambling and being unfaithful to her in an explosive News Corp interview on the eve of the grand final.

Wilson said it was a “nasty, nasty story” that would undoubtedly impact Stringer’s value at the trade table.

“Let’s face it – we’re not thinking about Jake Stringer’s playing ability at the moment,” she said on Sportsday.
