Caroline Wilson says it’s “a joke” the AFL still hasn’t appointed a Head of Football after Brad Scott left to coach Essendon.

“It’s not just ‘optics’ to quote Gillon McLachlan, you need a Head of Football and you don’t go a full season without one when you are running the biggest football competition in the country,” she said.
