Chief reporter calls outcome of hotel quarantine investigation ‘stuff up’ fitting

Chief reporter at the Age, Chip Le Grand, says the result of the hotel quarantine investigation shouldn’t have surprised anyone.

He says WorkSafe Victoria was unable to use the evidence gathered during the Coates inquiry.

“They hadn’t done the work to basically build a case outside of what that inquiry learned, and the whole thing collapsed,” he told Tom Elliott.
