Tom Elliott has weighed in on the news WorkSafe Victoria will not reopen their investigation into the bungled hotel quarantine.

He says he suspects they’ve been told not to pursue an investigation into the Department of Health, and their handling of the scheme, which saw the deaths of 800 Victorians.
