Claims security only inflamed ugly Marvel Stadium incident

A woman who claims she witnessed the ugly scuffle that led to a female footy fan being allegedly assaulted says security didn’t do enough to stop the situation from escalating.

Marie told Neil Mitchell she was sitting near Alicia, who shared her story with 3AW on Monday.

“It was obviously heated,” she said.

Marie told Neil Mitchell security inflamed the issue.
