Clayton Oliver makes call on club of choice for 2026
Clayton Oliver has reportedly made a call on his future after being told to find a new club by Melbourne.
According to Code Sports, Oliver has nominated GWS as his club of choice, beating out Collingwood to secure his services for 2026.
Matthew Lloyd said Oliver playing for the Giants made a lot of sense, as long as he “gets his act together”.

“The game has gone past him a little bit,” Lloyd said on 3AW Drive about Oliver.
“But the Giants have lost Josh Kelly (through injury) for next year and Callan Ward has retired, so he’s a pretty good fit for them if he can get his act together.”
