‘Clean all day’: Collingwood debutant’s game praised in big win
Lachie Sullivan has heaped praised on Collingwood debutant Joe Richards, who impressed in his side’s 66-point win over West Coast on Sunday.
The 24-year-old Richards had 18 touches and kicked a goal in his first game and Sullivan – who himself only debuted last week – said the Wangaratta product’s pressure game stood out.

“The way the boys get around you is unbelievable,” he told 3AW Football.
“(Joe Richards) was so good, he’s been waiting a while and he grabbed his chance with both hands. He was so clean all day and his pressure was elite.”
